I feel like any type of legal matter that is to a point where you have to argue about it in a court of law nobody will be enthusiastic about it. I definitely wasn’t, especially because I researched my rights, and who, and what the law protects in my particular case. Everything I read the opposition was protected more than me, and I felt distraught because of it. I called Fields Law Firm, and left a message, shortly after Joyce Trudeau reached out to me, and we discussed my situation, and they agreed to represent me. This was a very long process, and honestly my attitude in the very beginning was if something comes of this I’ll be overwhelmed, but if nothing happens I would chalk it up to the piling number of losses I was experiencing. The things that stuck out most to me with Joyce, and the Fields Law team was how often she kept me up to date. I seriously expected my case to go cold, and never hear anything, being in the dark the entire time. Not the case here, even if she didn’t have anything new to report to me she called to say “nothing new,” and that was huge in the mental challenges I faced wondering what would happen. They took most of the anxiety away. I was introduced to Mark Klotzbuecher who helped finish everything out. I feel like this whole team went above, and beyond my expectations. Hopefully I would never need to go through any of this again, but I know there’s plenty of people who are going to face the same obstacles, and Feilds Law Firm will always be my recommendation. Fields Disability successfully helped get my long term disability reinstated. I worked in healthcare during the pandemic and contracted Covid at work which then turned into Long Covid.
