I reached out to many attorneys in the area where I live for a LTD claim I had appealed and lost. Aliya is a paralegal and made sure I understood every document I was receiving, what I had to do with the document, emailed me when I sent her a needed document that she received it and emailed me back quickly anytime I had a question.
