Felt hopeful going into a LTD Appeal with this firm,They seemed very nice,Nicole was pleasant, they were late on asking for important documents(2 days before the insurance company closed my case),missed a lot of important medical records ,seemed to care less about my case we loss unfortunately and Mark K Said it wasn't much commission to move forward for him so he was not going to peruse any further after he told me in the beginning we would exhaust all of our options and to look around for someone else to assist.:(...
