I wish I could write a positive review, but unfortunately, I cannot. As I told my lawyer several times, I was not happy with the outcome. I feel my lawyer was representing the defendant instead of me. It seemed that my lawyer was not trying to get me to the best outcome. I spent hours building spreadsheets explaining the way the defendant cost me lifetime money, but my lawyer seemed to ignore my concerns. It was my lawyer who talked me out of going to court before a judge. The final decision was mine based on my lawyer telling to accept the "final offer". I would not recommend this law firm.

After searching on Avvo and the internet I found Fields Law Firm. I called and spoke to the office manager who connected me to Chase Hedrick. Chase and his assistant Martha handled my Long Term Disability Claim issue and I could not be happier with the end result. I explained my issue to Chase, he reviewed the process to me very clearly, set expectations on a timeframe for resolution and both Chase and Martha were VERY responsive to any of my questions. I could not believe how quickly they would contact me when I needed to discuss things. I am SO happy I found them and would not hesitate hiring Chase and team if ever needed again. I HIGHLY recommend them. They made the process so easy and took a lot of pressure off of me.
