Fields Disability successfully helped get my long term disability reinstated. I worked in healthcare during the pandemic and contracted Covid at work which then turned into Long Covid. My insurance company denied me benefits at the 2 year mark even though I am still homebound. Everyone I worked with at Fields especially the attorney showed me the utmost respect and understanding. I was ready to give up, but so thankful I found Fields to assist me with this! I can’t thank them enough!

I was cut off LTD by Sedgewick after 11 years. I hied Fields. My attorney, Pounnaphone Phomtalikhith, was awesome. She handled my appeal quickly and efficiently. My income has started back up and I received my back pay. I will definitely call them in the future if I have problems again.

Fields Law helped us with an 18 month battle against The Hartford. Without the aid of Fields Law, we would have lost pretty much everything (our house, cell phones, car, pets).
