In having to deal with physical injure , family and Disability Insurance. It is quite overwhelming. But with one call to Fields I received hope.They listened to my issues and concerns and then explained the process that I would be going through forward. It's scary and unfortunate that you have to get an attorney. Fields Service was incredible, they kept me informed and there was never a time that they were not available or responded to a question I had in a timely manner.

Rough going at the beginning due to staffing changes. Once I had someone to help me (Chase), he was responsive to all my question in a very timely manner. He took time to make sure I understood what was going on and how to proceed.
