I’m disappointed in the service provided by Fields Law firm. My son’s appeal was denied and I understand that is how insurance companies work but it was sent directly to the disability provider without our being able to review. Follow-up discussion included a recommendation to go back to settle and waive benefits for life. However, most recently I sent them an email and no response. Then out of the blue they send me an email to which I replied and no response. I’m left wondering if the attorney on our case is even still employed there.
