My job denied me my long-term disability and only allowed me 30 days to file an appeal. Zachary and Keann were able to get me my long-term disability in less than 30 days. If you are having issues with your job when it comes to receiving your disability benefits this is the company that you should use to handle your case. Zachary and Keann are god-fearing and caring. You don’t find many attorneys who care for the welfare of their clients most are in it for the money only not Fields Law Firm. I highly recommend you use the company.

I highly recommend Field’s law Firm. Zach Schmoll was my lawyer and Sarah was his paralegal. On top of being sick most of my days, I was super stressed during this long battle. GREAT FIRM!! I was diagnosed with recurrent metastatic cancer that had spread to both lungs and abdominal wall. I was on long term disability through The Hartford as a result. After two years, I was still (unexpectedly) alive. The Hartford then notified me that I was no longer disabled and refused to pay benefits. I was fighting my own illness as well as my mom having advanced breast cancer and I really felt like I didn’t have the physical nor emotional bandwidth to fight The Hartford. Initially, I just gave up but came across The Fields Law Firm on a random internet search and sent a contact request.. I was immediately contacted by Sarah E. (paralegal) and Morgan A (attorney). This law firm was extremely professional and communicative and sent forms for me to sign in order for them to handle an appeal. Within two months, the insurance company had reversed their decision. I would HIGHLY recommend this firm! When you’re sick or disabled, the huge insurers play every trick in the book to make your life even more difficult.
