Fields Law Firm and Michael Kemmitt When Grace was originally directed by her cardiologist Doctor that it was time for Grace to quit her job and go on disability. We assumed having payed disability insurance for the past 29+ yrs we would be well protected. Reliance Standard and their constant probing for proof of disability, form after form, requests with deadlines along with being dated multiple days prior to being received, Denial of coverage without even closely addressing the medical evidence and diagnoses of a failing heart in which they were fully provided with. Reliance’s neglect to provide coverage had our family on our heels, stressed, discouraged, along with mentally taking its tole on our outlook of resolve (we were out of our league). We needed a resource that could professionally deal with an issue which is/was highly important to our well being. Fields showed up on an internet search and having history of dealing with Reliance brought us hope. How blessed we were to have Michael Kemmit give us a call! Mike’s professionalism made certain our case was followed closing, keeping us fully up to date, taking complete control of this difficult situation and giving us back the time we required to deal with Grace’s illness. I had been dumped by my disability insurance company twice, despite my disability getting worse, not better. I had also filed an appeal on my own, with no success. He told me right then that they would be happy to take on my case, because he thinks that it would be winnable. My experience working with Fields Law Firm was God sent. I previous had a work comp injury at my job which led on to other health issues I called Fields Law Firm .Just For questions picked the number out of the phone book not knowing this will be the Law Firm too represent me. I talk with a paralegal name Kim who is brilliant there is not enough words that I could put in here to describe her after the call we continued to talk frequently we built a relationship it was just conversation someone to listen understand what you were going threw and knowing your pain at this point my employer denied my claim for carpal tunnel release surgery this is when I decided on having Fields Law Firm represent me.
