These people are HORRIBLE!!!! Do not go with these guys. My first attorney, Michael Johnson never reached out I was only told to call until I’m ready to go to work. He left and I was handed a new attorney Steve. Instead of putting in work and actually doing their jobs they just tell you no. I asked if I was being underpaid for my checks “no”. Asked what’s gonna happen when im able to return to work “I don’t know, we’ll have to wait and see”. I found a new law firm and lawyer and was amazed with how professional and how much knowledge he knew about workers comp. My new lawyer found out that I was in fact being underpaid and took care of it immediately, along with so many other benefits that was at my disposal that I had no idea of. Do NOT GO WITH THEM. A complete waste of time

He walked me through the process of getting my disability application approved. I highly recommend Fields Law Firm to anyone who is applying for disability. Everyone that I talked to here is very polite, professional, knowledgeable.

My experience with Fields Law was amazing. I was represented by Sarah and no matter the time of day she always made herself available to me. If I left a message she’d call me back even after business hours the same day. She helped me receive my benefit in the timely manner as stated by social security. I keep telling my attorney to close my claim it's been an year and a half I'm on my 2nd attorney with them I keep getting the run around about my medical bills that I've already sent them I don't think they have my best interest in mind

Bait and switch tactics. The lawyer I spoke with for the free consultation isn’t the attorney handling the case. They didn’t mention that before I signed their retainer agreement, so far I’m not pleased or confident in Fields law. More like highway something law; I wouldn’t agree to 33% contingency if I knew they planned on switching attorneys. Once I found out about who was actually handling the case… I called their office and asked them to either assign case to the original lawyer I spoke with during the “free” consult or negotiate the retainer to a reasonable percentage. Currently its at 33% Management refused; their explanation is the attorneys are on a rotation. Well I’m a real person. I trusted the reviews online and even did further research on the attorney I spoke with before signing the retainer. About two days later a brand lawyer reached out and I was confused as to why Chase wasn’t handling this. I don’t blame the current attorney.. It’s the dishonest bait and switch that’s worrisome and questionable. Risking my livelihood and income while giving up 33% so a attorney can start their career isn’t what I signed up for and I think people should know about the bait and switch before signing anything. I signed the retainer because I needed a responsive and knowledgeable guidance on short notice. Now I don’t have the answers I need and feel like I’m back at square one minus 33%. Unfortunately Im a real person who is between a rock and a hard place; unlike a lot of these 5 star bot reviews. Lesson learned - know who you’re working with before agreeing or signing anything.

The experience with Fields Law Firm was incredible. They took the reigns and fought hard for me, in every step of the way. With Fields Law Firm continually on the big insurance company, we got the appeal turned over and approved.

These people are the best .... Wish I'd came to them the 1st time.... They care about people and make sure they are ok while waiting on the judge , their right there through it all !!!! No need to be nervous, go ahead give them a call , you will be amazed as these people fight for you tooth & nail ..... Field’s Law returned my initial call within a few days. I worked with Rachel the longest, she always kept me informed about the process. SS made a determination- the process took 4 months. I highly recommend Fields Law. They verify you have a qualifying condition at the start, which is helpful for a successful outcome.
