I requested Mr. Holden to review a work experience I had with a large, prominent local Company. Thank goodness I have not yet had to call on Attorney Balmer's services, but he is my attorney. As a freedom loving American who takes his rights seriously I am under no delusion about how precarious our legal freedoms are. I figure its only a matter of time before the long arm of government will come knocking at my door for one reason or another, and knowing I will be backed up by attorney David Balmer helps me sleep soundly at night. Having known Dave for years I can say that he is an absolute pit bull when it comes to making sure that a citizen's rights are not abused by an overzealous legal system often looking for statistics instead of what's really in the public's best interests. If I can't win an argument with Dave I can guarantee you the ADA prosecuting you won't stand a chance.
