100% recommended, find a lawyer is kind of easy, but find a good lawyer, reliable who knows exactly what he is doing, that's really hard to find.

When starting a partnership optimism and trust runs high. Michael recommended a partnership agreement with a buy sell agreement. His advice kept me from agreeing to what my partner was pushing for. A year later my partner moved away and quit working but expected to still retain ownership rights. I was able to buy him out for a fair price instead.
