Christa did a fantastic job for me. She was straight forward and to the point.

Christa Groshek is unbelievably incompetent and a fraud. She has been representing my nephew in a child protection case and had been informing and representing him as an "unadjudicated father" the entire time when he was in fact a adjudicated father. She continually lies and thinks she can get away with anything because no one questions the attorney. We are looking into a malpractice lawsuit against her.

I had a young man living in my home whom I was providing adult foster care for. He repaid my generosity with complaining to his case manager by telling all sorts of lies about him being physically abused in my home by me. Well of course you know how this story goes. His case manager she never met me, she never been to my home. She went to his job and talked with him and this is how everything got started. She made him a promise that she would remove him from my home and place him in a group home. She made two different vulnerable adult reports stating that his was being abused. I ended up receiving a maltreatment finding and a $1,000.00 fine because of this web of lies. If this maltreatment finding was to be finalized, it could have negativley impacted my life. I spoke with an attorney I work with to get some direction of where to get assistance with this situation. He pointed me in the direction of Christa Groshek. He informed me that Ms. Groshek once worked for our office and she handles maltreatment cases. I contacted Ms. Groshek and she immediately met with me. After meeting with her I knew that everything was going to be all right. During the hearing Ms. Groshek asked me if Kelly Moore could take the lead on this case and I agreed. Let me tell you, (readers) these two women together were a POWER HOUSE, the prosecutor couldn't keep up with them. I have never seen a dynamic duo combination like Ms. Moore and Ms. Groshek. They worked so smoothly and with such precision. Needless to say, I received a letter from DHS in June 2015, stating that all charges were REVERSED....No Maltreatment finding and No $1,000.00 fine. Thanks to the Dynamic Duos Christa Groshek & Kelly Moore all is well and my life is peaceful once again. Thanks to Groshek Law Firm.

Christa is AMAZING. I got into a little trouble last year and she took care of me as if I was family. I've used her twice now and each time she was like a knight in shinning armor . So grateful to have her on my side.
