Simply put this guy will guarantee that you will lose any case regardless of nature. After a year Ken still didnt even know my name. He never returned my phone calls. Locally hes considered to be a "retard" by many. If you wind up having Ken as your public defender I highly recommend you at all costs get your self another attorney.
