I have worked with David Jacobsen at Hero, Jorstad & Jacobsen going on five years now. He helped us navigate a very complicated conservatorship for my uncle across two states. Currently David is helping us through another complicated situation involving probate in multiple states. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a great communicator. Would highly recommend David and his firm.

David was quick to understand my circumstances for estate planning ad explained my options both verbally and in writing. In implementing my decisions he carried through as promised in a timely manner, I value his trustworthiness and his professionalism and will recommend him to family and friends.

I called Dave to help me establish a LLC. He made the process very quick and hassle free. As fast as I could provide him with the information he had the articles generated and ready to be signed. The end product came in a very organized and professional business binder along with a very thorough review of the binder with Dave. The IRS spelt my business name wrong on my EIN form (No fault of Dave's) when I received it and Dave took the extra time to generate an official letter for me to send in to correct the problem. I would recommend him to any of my friends.

David Jacobsen assisted me with drafting a non-compete/contractor agreement for my business. He was very thorough and knowledgable making sure to account for every aspect of my business. He answered questions I didn't even know I had! I would recommend David to anyone!
