Rick is a fantastic Lawyer with attention to detail, knowledge of law and respect for his clients like none I’ve encountered previously. As his client, I I had a level of expectation that I would be set aside for larger cases, or dealt with from a lower priority level than others, and he blew past that expectation on the very first meeting and continued to surprise me all throughout. He truly cares about his clients and treats you as such. He put everything into my case the same as I would expect from a good friend. He called and checked in when he didn’t have to, he explained every step of every process and every possible outcome, he gave me realistic expectations all the while working towards the best possible outcome, which in my case was what he achieved regardless of the long hours and extra work required. Rick had the ability to quickly defuse any anger or resentment that I had for the case to keep me focused on what was right and just. He’s not what I would have ever expected from a defense attorney in a great way. He wasn’t just in it for the money and he truly wanted to get the truth out to do what was right, and that’s commendable on levels I can’t adequately express. He was more than fair in price, as he clearly put in far more hours for me than the bill reflected. Saying that I recommend him isn’t just an understatement, I could go as far as to say you’re probably making a mistake by NOT having him represent you. I literally keep several of his cards in my wallet and vehicles, not only to have if I need him again, but to hand out at moments notice to anyone that might need him around me. On a personal level, Rick is the kind of guy that lights up a room (court room included) with a great big smile, great attitude, great but situationally appropriate sense of humor, and air of confidence that’s infectious but genuine. He’s the kind of guy you want to go have a beer with and call your friend. I sincerely believe he cared about the outcome of my case not just for a win on his record, but because he wanted to do what was right and cared about the outcome. I will always turn to Rick for any questions I have and immediately think of him if I’m ever in need of an attorney in the future, and I suggest anyone do the same. 5 stars aren’t enough.

I hired Rick as my lawyer when I was caught going 105mph in a 70 zone by a state trooper. At that time I was also on driving probation for rear ending someone in a roundabout. I was convinced I would lose my license. Rick helped me from start to finish and answered all my questions truthfully. He never told me he could do something unless he was sure of it. About halfway through the case I got caught trespassing on a church roof at 3am and got a curfew ticket. Even with all that, Rick still managed to help me keep my license, lowered the charges from 700$ to 200$, and made it so none of it stayed on my record. So if you’re looking for a truthful, reliable attorney who will be with you every step of the way. Then I definitely recommend Rick Leroy

I had gotten caught speeding at 105 in a 70 at age 16 and while Rick helped me with that I got a curfew ticket while trespassing which Which made it more difficult. But in the end I got to keep my license with only a 200$ fine for all of it. One thing I really liked about having Rick’s help was that he was always truthful about the possible outcomes, He never told me he could do something he couldn’t. So that made me very happy. With that I’d say if you’re looking for a lawyer, choose Rick

Great Lawyer! Highly recommended as he actually treats you like a person and not a meal ticket. Rick understands the REAL system and (sadly in this day and age of police misconduct) that you are guilty until proven innocent. My situation was actually giving me panic attacks and after meeting with Rick, my fears were quelled. Rick fought to get my bogus charge taken care of and I could sleep and go on with my life once again. Don’t waste your time and money with anyone else.

Rick went above and beyond to ensure my case was handled in a timely manner with the BEST possible result. He got my gross misdemeanor reduced to a misdemeanor with MINIMAL fines. He also went out of his way to make sure I don’t beat myself up about a mistake I made that’s only a small snippet of my life. He drove to me when I couldn’t get a ride to his office.
