Poor customer service. Takes years to settle a case. Bad communication.

My husband and I worked with Robert Webber and his team to get our green card in 2018/2019. A success story all thanks to their support and guidance through the process. We were both professionals holding an advanced degree and in fields of scientific research. The Webber team helped us with document work and were very professional and highly experienced.

I had a terrible time trying to get in contact with them. I wanted to pay off a collection account. After several phone calls, messages left and sn email I finally was able to speak to someone. It only took 2 weeks. Once on the phone they are helpful and polite.

I found myself in the middle of an orchestrated family tragedy designed to steel money from myself, family and friends. I had no ideal it was a scam. I felt desperate.
