We had the pleasure of working with April King on our Estate plan in developing a Will and Trust for us. April was very thorough and detailed on the administrative interview, finding out our wishes and goals for our Estate and heirs so that she could cover all contingencies that may occur. She made suggestions that we had not thought of and created scenarios that helped us in clarifying our desires in managing our estate. April contacted us numerous times through the process to clarify, explain and suggest alternative directives. We had gone to a few Estate Planning seminars put on by larger estate planning firms but felt it was too much of a boiler-plate approach and processed like a “trust mill” where we would not get the detailed individual service we desired. April King did a great job of helping us get our Will, Estate Planning, and Advance Health Care Directive documents in order. She did this in a very timely manner. She was caring and easy to work with. We would be happy to recommend her.

April put together our will and we are very happy with how detailed, efficient, and well thought out her work was. April help me setup my s-corp business which I pretty much had no idea what the process was going to entail, but she made the process really easy. She had mentioned that this was one of her first times setting up an s-corp but from my experience I would have never know if she had not mention it. Through some research she figured out what documents were needed for an s-corp and wrote my by-laws, banking resolutions, and share certificate. She related this back to my personal estate planning so the business would have less issues if something was to happen in my personal affairs, something most business owners would never think about. I would highly recommend April for all of your legal needs

April completed an estate plan for us that included a living trust and a charitable remainder trust. It was obvious to us that April is very knowledgable and keeps herself current in that area of the law. She offered many good suggestions to our estate plan, but she also listened to us and wrote a legal document that contained exactly what we intended. Her fee is reasonable and she established a great working relationship with us. I would use her again if the need arrises and I can highly recommend her to others.

My wife and I needed to update our will and asked April for her assistance. She initially spend a long time talking with us about our situation and eventually came up with some ideas that we would not have thought of on our own. The final product was high quality and gives us peace of mind knowing the job was done right. She always kept us updated with good prompt information and will be there for us in the future if needed.

My wife and I recently worked with April on our Estate Planning. Although it was a necessary process for us, it wasn't one that I was particularly looking forward to. But, April made it quite simple for us. She delivered exactly as promised throughout, and was a pleasure to work with.

We needed help to update our will and our trust and she did this for us in a thorough and timely way. In doing this she uncovered areas in our trust that needed additional changes which she led us through. She has been helpful with answering questions about other legal matters since then.
