Allison Frasier may be a fine attorney, however the lack of communication by her or her staff to simple questions such as "what are the next steps?", typically 7-10 days to respond, was unacceptable for our family. As a veterinarian I couldn't imagine that for my own clients. We moved to a different firm.

I highly recommend Maser, Amundson & Boggio. When putting my estate together, Lauren made each step simple, and everything was very straightforward. She was patient with my questions and explained items again when I asked for clarification. Their team is delightful, and I enjoyed working with them. I was also pleased to know that other people in my network utilize them for their services—a trustworthy and patient team.

Lauren Fink did a most user friendly and professional organization of our estate and reworking of our will. She was thorough and timely, asking all the right questions and Zoom walking us through the revised documents. Personal interaction at the office was Covid safe. My husband concurs. Five stars for Ms. Fink and her firm!

My driver’s license needed to be renewed so I checked out needed documentation to get Real ID. I went to safe deposit box and was surprised to see the envelope marked Marriage Certificate held only the souvenir copy. Went online to Hennepin and Ramsey counties and found “no records found”. Call to Hennepin County elicited the information that they would check back into records (we were married in 1971) at $20/hour. Ramsey County department’s phone system left me frustrated – nothing led me to a real person. I called Allison Frasier at Maser, Amundson & Boggio as she had been very helpful in setting up a trust, wills and power of attorney for us. Her assistant, Maggie, listened, empathized and said they would check into how to find the marriage certificate or, worse case, how to fix it. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving I received a call from Joshua Damberg, an associate of Allison’s, telling me that he had conquered Ramsey County’s phone system, talked to a real person who was able to provide him with the book number and page number for our Marriage Certificate. YEAH! On Thanksgiving Day Maser, Amundson & Boggio’s staff topped my list of things I was thankful for this year.

Josh Damberg was very helpful in our estate planning. My wife and I really appreciated Josh’s thoroughness and personable approach.

Very professional and courteous. My 88 year old mother and I worked with Joshua Damberg. He was very thorough and always spoke to my mom in a respectful manner and never talked "down" to her. I highly recommend this office and Josh in particular for any type of elder law concerns.
