She has been a true professional throughout my divorce, even when the opposing attorney was not. She helped me properly navigate the mine-field of divorce that I wish upon no one. Ms. Frieders was extremely clear and straight forward. She was always well prepared and brilliantly argued my case in court. She was very clear in explaining the various steps going through this seemingly never ending process. Most importantly she helped me maintain my sanity in dealing with an ever-growing bitter, angry, and hostile ex-wife. Ms. Frieders and her team have been nothing short of outstanding. They have guided me thru uncharted waters that have included multiple attempts at mediation, trial, and two appeals. Jill was utterly unprofessional. Consistently failed to respond to emails and other messages, even those clearly labeled "urgent" with a stated deadline. Rude beyond belief; answered reasonable lay-person's questions with sarcasm and derision. If I did not understand what she meant and asked a follow-up question she would repeat the same answer but louder, sometimes yelling at me. When I complained about her non-performance on the urgent matter, she withdrew from my case a month before a crtitical mediation, requiring me to scramble to find a new attorney at the last minute. She labeled my entirely reasonable compaints to her and her staff, during which I neither raised my voice nor used foul language, verbal abuse. Her excuse for her non-performance: she was on vacation. Funny that none of her staff saw fit to mention this in reply to my multiple inquiries over her days of non-response.
