Ms. Richards did a VERY VERY poor job of representing us in our custody case with my wife's abusive and diagnosed "Paranoid Schizophrenic" ex-husband. She got us half way through, and then demanded that we pay her $10,000.00 IMMEDIATELY or she was going to quit. Our contract said that she has the right to demand an additional retainer to cover additional coasts and what not. The problem is; our retainer was only $2,000.00 and we owed, supposedly, $2,500.00 additionally (that we were making payments on FAITHFULLY and would have continued to do so). That only comes to $4,500.00 by my count. We told her up front that we don't have money like that; so she knew we would never be able to pay that much. Now she is threatening to send the $2,500.00 she claims we still owe her to collections. We still have to find another attorney, because we have a evidenceiary hearing coming up, due to the terrible job she did representing us in our first hearing, and we need to protect her youngest children from any further parental alienation and emotional abuse from their father. Honestly; if I could leave zero stars I would.

They finally managed my case to a settlement to not only zero out the ledger but provide some relief from future impacts my injuries may have on my life. In the end, my expectations were not only met but exceeded.

I am so impressed with Mr Sandberg's vast knowledge and priority to help me reach a favorable settlement with an insurance company. His entire staff makes you feel like family, especially Ms. Haddon. We have used his services for other claims as well and have always felt satisfied by the outcomes. I will continue to use Pete and Elham as needed. They are great people.

Peter represented my family in a Wrongful Death suit regarding a freak accident that caused my husband of 26 years to be taken from us way too soon. Peter and his entire team were very accommodating, friendly and absolutely great to work with. Peter in my opinion has a high level of integrity and moral values. He listened to our story very intently and presented it very factually but at the same time accentuated the extreme emotional distress and loss that our family had witnessed and had since endured. He has become a wonderful friend and mentor to me since the accident and I know that he truly cares about me and my family. He's the best!!

Opal is friendly and caring, but the process was delayed by very poor response time and delayed communication. I am still trying to follow up with questions regarding billing and do not get a response.

Mr. Sandberg has been my lawyer for the last 4+ years and has been nothing but professional. Returns calls, is patient with me, answers all my questions, and shows a genuine care for me. Would recommend him as he really knows his stuff. Everything has worked out and looking back if I had tried to do this on my own I would have never received what Mr. Sandberg has gotten for me.

Mr. Sandberg did an excellent job personalizing the process for me. I never had a problem getting a hold of him. He returned all phone calls and had time for all my questions. And he was able to find a resolution to a problem that seemed hopeless for me.
