Claire Yanowitz and her team’s skill, humor, and patience helped make what seemed initially like an overwhelming, daunting task of creating an estate plan painless and easy. They helped us understand estate planning options and their tradeoffs, responded quickly and professionally to our questions, provided us documents for review in a very timely manner, and were patient with us as we corrected our own mistakes and requested changes. Their COVID pandemic precautions and adaptations to accommodate us at this time were especially helpful and appreciated. Their technology for remote exchanging of documents and for video-conferencing was easy and intuitive. To further reduce the possibility of exposure to COVID, Claire’s team set up a carefully choreographed outdoor signing of the final plan documents, with us seated comfortably in our heated car while Claire and her team were bundled up and masked up outside, conducting a well-orchestrated handoff of documents to us in our car and back to them again. I wish I had taken pictures. Again, we wish to thank the Yanowitz firm for its great professional guidance and its everyday help in setting up our estate plan solidly and confidently.
