Jim and his staff guided us through a logistical nightmare. They met with us and talked us through the whole process. They coordinated multiple insurance claims including Medicare while keeping us informed of the progress. There were many medical appointments and reports to track for summarizing. They looked out for our best interests and provided excellent follow-up.
