I was definitely skeptical at first when hearing about the stories and if they were true or not. But after much thought and research my wife and I took the risk and hired Tax Tiger to fight the IRS for our $54,000 tax bill after we were screwed over by our tax guy for years. After 18 months of Tax Tiger dealing with our situation in the Offer in Compromise they got our tax obligation down to $200! Yes that is correct $200 from $54,000!!! Austin and his team did everything they said they would and we appreciate more than anything!

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Tax Tiger. We have been dealing with this tax issue for over 30 years. We contracted with three other tax resolution companies, spent thousands of dollars and each one went out of business before accomplishing anything for us. Needless to say, we were very skeptical to try another company. I hear commercials everyday by several companies saying "If you owe more than $10,000 in back taxes then we can help. Call us today." I just laugh to myself when I hear these and wonder how many others are throwing money away in desperation. Then one day I heard a radio commercial by another company (Tax Tiger) for the first time. Their message was totally different than the others and mentioned they were faith based. I had my wife do a little research on Tax Tiger and everything she found was positive so we gave them a call. Unlike the other companies we did not get a high-pressured sales person but a kind gentleman that did some fact finding with us. When finished he said he would pass our information on to another person to see if they could help us. A couple of days later we got a call from Jon Call. After talking with him in detail about our situation he was sure that he could help us. Jon explained in detail how he would approach the situation and told us exactly how and what he would do. He was honest in letting us know it would take some time to get our issues resolved. Looking back we can tell you Jon and Tax Tiger did exactly what they said they would do and then some. Jon knows the tax code better than the local agent that was handling our case. Like I mentioned above this tax issue has been with us for 30 years. Three companies said they could help but all they did was take thousands of dollars from us and each time made our problem worse. Due to interest and penalties assessed over the years our tax burden had grown to $300,000. Prior to contacting Tax Tiger a local attorney had help us get an installment plan accepted by the IRS. For years we were making installment payments that satisfied the IRS but those payments did not even cover the interest each month. There is nothing more discouraging than making payments, that you really cannot afford, and the amount you owe keeps growing. I felt we paid the original amount owed several times over before finding Tax Tiger. In our opinion, Tax Tiger is the only company that can be trusted to help with federal tax issues. We feel the fees Tax Tiger charged was more than fair. The amount settled with the IRS was about 6 installment payments that we had been making for many, many, years. I realize that you have probably read several reviews. Keep in mind that some people have issues that can't be resolved. Every situation is different. I referred a friend to Tax Tiger and she was told they could not help her. That was before taking any money from her. The other companies want their fees up front and they make promises they can't keep. For this reason, you should not make any decisions without talking with Tax Tiger first. Tax rules and laws are very complicated. The penalties and interest alone will eat you alive. Tax Tiger negotiated my debt to the point where I can pay it in full in 5 months and be tax free for the first time in 20 years. Stop cringing each time you go to your mailbox, call Tax Tiger!
