Wonderful experience! The Tax Tiger staff helped beyond our expectations and resolved our case with the IRS for less than 10% of the disputed amount. They assessed our situation, worked with us and the IRS, and truly acted as our advocate every step of the way. We did have some complications, but the Tax Tiger staff persevered, made our case, and settled the problem to our advantage. I have no hesitation working with about recommending them. Do not hesitate to contact them if you have tax concerns. They ARE in your corner.

I am experiencing the most stress relief I have had in years due to Mr Jon Call and the wonderful staff over at Tax Tiger. They have been a GOD send to me!! They have assisted me with settling my almost $100,00.00 IRS tax debt with an astonishing OFFER IN COMPROMISE SETTLEMENT for $555.00!!! That's right you read it correctly $555.00!!! Please trust me when I tell you I didn't know what I was going to do! I felt defeated,hopeless,embarrassed, alone,stressed out,lost, etc... You name it!! Probably the way you're feeling right about now. I went through about 3 or 4 other so-called "tax specialists" (that I would love to name but I don't need any more problems)! They only ripped me off for thousands of dollars and left me worse off than I was, which left me with wage garnishments and payment agreements that I really couldn't afford to pay!! I contacted Tax Tiger seeking help to remove a tax lien on my credit report which was hindering prospective employers and qualifying for a home loan. Within 6 months the IRS accepted an offer of Compromise and 2 months later the Tax Lien was removed from my credit report! Tax Tiger was fantastic! Austin helped us and although tedious at times (for us) he never missed a question or acted like we were bothering him. If you have years of unfiled taxes that you owe for, call these guys right now. I'm just a normal guy that (very stupidly) got myself into a roughly $30K tax hole that I thought I would never get out of. I was too embarrassed to even admit it to anyone, let alone ask for help. I finally broke down and called Tax Tiger. I couldn't be happier that I did. All my years worth of depression and anxiety was immediately alleviated after the first phone call. There's no shaming or making you feel stupid for the mistakes you've made. They just identify the problem and get right to work. All you have to do is give them the documents they require, and they do 100% of the interacting with the IRS. The best part is, other than a couple trips to the post office, I never had to leave the house. I handled my whole case entirely through e-mail, which was great for me because I work overnights and generally sleep during regular business hours.
