I have hired Attorney Tim Ward twice now. He is very responsive to your inquiries and very reasonable pricing. He has helped me in matters of my deceased cousin and in selling my business. He is very knowledgeable and listens to your specific situation. When I need a lawyer he is the one I call. You can not go wrong using him.

Tim has been our lawyer for nearly 20 years, ever since our first kid was expected. He gives us as much time as we need to get the work done, and doesn't "pad" his time the way other lawyers have. In addition, he is the ONLY lawyer we've worked with that I can understand! He lays out options and advice in such a fantastically clear way that I always leave his office feeling informed and empowered.

Tim is kind and straight forward when dealing with sensitive issues and clients' feelings. He explains things in a concise way and takes the time needed to put clients at ease. Estate planning can be a confusing and emotional process and Tim is good at both the technical side and the human side. I appreciate working with him.

Tim is an experience professional in his field. He was able to help our family with some legal loose ends that involved: creating a will for my hospice bound mother, establishing an attorney-in-fact for her, establishing health care directives for my mom, and guiding us through all formalities and technicalities. He was able to help us understand house title/deed problems that we had. All of this was taken care of in the comfort of her home. He was even compassionate enough to encourage my mother to rest while he took care of paperwork preparations. To top it all off, he works cheap. His quote was 1/4th the amount that I was quoted by other lawyers. He's very tech savy, so he can get the job done extremely quickly.
