My case was a very complicated divorce and custody case. When I came to Dan I had been told by multiple attorney's that I had no chance of getting my child back given the circumstances. Dan took on my case knowing that there would be obstacles. This case crossed state lines and he was extremely informative and accessible throughout the entire process. Dan was respectful and responsive the entire time. He expedited the process and worked very hard for my family. I hired Daniel McGuire for a custody case, he was very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything in detail to me, while looking out for my best interest. We were able to come to an agreement in mediation. I am very thankful I hired him, because without him representing me I wasn’t sure what steps I needed to take to get custody of my son back. I was able to get 50-50 custody of my son and I’m very grateful for my time with him. Dan is very experienced in the these type of cases, so I would definitely recommend him to anyone in my position. Where to start. Dan pretended to know what he was talking about and willing to work hard for my family. He barely answered, couldn’t put together a good argument in court and made us looked not prepared. My case wasn’t even complete and he decided he was done with my case. Didn’t make sure the judge had the information needed for us to have a good outcome. Stopped responding and left me to complete the fight. Definitely not a law firm defending women for sure. Maybe my ex husband should have used him. He helped his case more than mine. Couldn’t answer a simple question and had no law knowledge at all. Waste of money for sure. Hopefully the other two lawyers there are able to carry this one for anyone who has already put them on retainer.

John was disrespectful tried to force us to settle on a case that was not finished over charged would not do the best for our daughter, now our daughter has been beat and he doesn’t want to cover the issue he said we were just gathering information to fight it and he drops out before doing anything with the information we have gathered, he just sat there and gave my wife’s ex everything he wanted and did not help his client
