I have hired all three attorneys at this firm for three separate cases, they have all been awesome and won my cases. I’ve primarily worked with Dan in a very difficult, ongoing custody case. He has been excellent. I have zero complaints, zero regrets. These guys are great, you cannot go wrong here.

My case was a very complicated divorce and custody case. When I came to Dan I had been told by multiple attorney's that I had no chance of getting my child back given the circumstances. Dan took on my case knowing that there would be obstacles. This case crossed state lines and he was extremely informative and accessible throughout the entire process. Dan was respectful and responsive the entire time. He expedited the process and worked very hard for my family.

I hired Daniel McGuire for a custody case, he was very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything in detail to me, while looking out for my best interest. We were able to come to an agreement in mediation. I am very thankful I hired him, because without him representing me I wasn’t sure what steps I needed to take to get custody of my son back. I was able to get 50-50 custody of my son and I’m very grateful for my time with him. Dan is very experienced in the these type of cases, so I would definitely recommend him to anyone in my position.
