Awesome experience from start to finish. They made a stressful difficult situation much easier. Wes is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All the support staff were great, Stephanie was friendly, helpful and always available to answer questions and help out. Isaac was also a big help to me. We can not thank Kain & Scott Associates enough. It starts with communication, which they are the best at. Our messages were always returned the same day. Lindsay B.their legal assistant was always very helpful and very pleasant. Eric B. our attorney is amazing!! We would call and apologize for bugging him, but he would reassure us we weren't bothering him. During our Chapter 13 case, he helped us even though it was above and beyond his scope of practice. We have always felt important to Eric and Lindsay, never felt belittled because of our circumstances. My dad always said nobody's perfect, thus the 4 stars. ✌️. I've been stung hard by medical bills due to a neck injury. IRS taking my sole also. My wife and I have lost direction. Somewhere in there we needed serious help. Made an appointment in Brainerd. Something felt right walking thru the door. Eric was there, introduced himself. Recognized the military and thanked him. Being a procedural guy, I knew we were in good hands. He set us up with an outlook of what's going to happen what they will need etc. Lindsay in St. Cloud from phone calls to emails to text messages has been a saint. I'm telling you if she wasn't doing what she does I'd bet she would have been a nurse. Tomorrow the 15th is the meeting. She has been in contact with us every step of the way. Thank you, all. I'm horrible with names. The gentleman that was always at the front desk when I came in. Kain and Scott has a good one working for them that knows kindness always works in the time of need. Thank you
