No one ever wants to file bankruptcy but if you do you have to go with Kain & Scott. I worked with Mr. Scott and he was easy to talk to and was looking out for my best interest. When I asked questions he was quick to respond and I never had to wait very long for anything. Two years later I had to ask for some paperwork and in no time my letter was sent to me. I have nothing but praise for Kain & Scott.

Kain & Scott has been incredible to work with. I was so intimidated by the Bankruptcy process that I had put it off for some time (which was a big mistake). Jesse and Brittany are both so knowledgeable and responsive. They quickly answered any questions that I have which has put me at ease throughout the process. I feel like a big weight has been lifted already! I look forward to spending more time with my family instead of working 70+ hours a week attempting to pay off debt with which there was no end in sight.

I used Wesley Scott to file bankruptcy back in 2016. Still to this day, if I have any questions, he gets back to me in a short amount of time and talks to me about my concerns. He's straight forward and up front and will be real with you. That's what you want. He's kept my husband and I from making some (what would have been) foolish mistakes! The people answering the phones are always kind and understanding. I can't recommend Kain & Scott enough! If you need to file, go see these guys.
