I definitely give Kain & Scott a 5 star! I am beyond happy with the experience I have already had with the service. I had my review and sign appointment just a week ago. Yesterday I find out my bank account had been frozen by a debt collector. They were trying to take all my funds after I have already filed bankruptcy. After finding this out I contacted Wes and he was very understanding and assured me they would get on this right away to get my funds unfroze. Elizabeth updated me the whole time she was trying to contact the people who had a freeze on my account. When going through this I was very disappointed and unsure what to do with no funds at all. I am so appreciative that Elizabeth not only emailed me but she did several times through out the day to let me know what was going on. Today I was notified and Elizabeth came through and was able to get my the debt collector to fax a letter to the bank and my funds are now available. Wow was an outstanding performance done by Elizabeth at Kain & Scott. Who would of thought after only one week of hiring them that they would be this great.

I can't express how great this law firm is. Filing Bankruptcy is not an easy decision to make, but we have never felt alone. We just hit a little bit of a road block and within a matter of a few hours of notifying them of the problem they were already working on a solution.
