Col Ovic and the Kain & Scott crew that I worked with. We’re absolutely fantastic! Response time was always fast! Col was awesome to work with. Treated me great and when it comes to legal world. She’s confident and knows her stuff! She was very professional, but easy to talk with. She’s an attorney you can trust to get the job done right and not let you down. I highly recommend her services and the crew at Kain & Scott! I had made quite a few calls to different attorneys and wish I would have saved my time and just retained them from the get go. I worked with Amanda, Samatha, and Gina, they did and awesome job, and very quick, to help me , and contacted me immeditately when everything as it all went through. If you'are reading reviews of Kain and Scott PA, you have probably been through many emotions. I Googled for attorneys in my area and this firm caught my eye. The ad was positive and honest and promoted understanding and ease of procedures and which was best for us. The first person we interacted with was Stefanie Witte via phone and we could "hear" her smile...so friendly and helpful! She set up a virtual appointment with Jesse A. Horoshak, Bankruptcy Attorney. Most professional, empathetic, honest, positive, educated and relieving stress. A1. He made certain he was trying to do his best for us and our outcome. We then met another dedicated staff person, Tim Torreson, Legal Assistant. Another honest and reputable person. I had complete trust in everyone in the office in Maple Grove. Collecting and verifying our documents was the Document Specialist, Sheryl Myers, a whiz with accuracy and technical help. She offered to help me out when I could not get the information in pdf form. Quite something! And, to top it off, we received a welcome letter from one of the Kain & Scott namesakes. It mentioned having courage, courage to do what we were doing and wishing us well. You can't ask for more than that. The "virtual" visits were serious but they all had a great sense of humor which allowed us to enjoy the format. Great experience with this law firm and team. Very straightforward, quick, they are honestly here to help you not make a profit off you like other law firms claiming to reduce or help you get rid of your debt by paying fees you cannot afford. Really enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend this law firm to anyone.
