I posted as a mistake, and Wes Scott called me to ask what he can make it better. We talked a little bit and as a mistake, I needed to correct myself and delete this. But, instead of deleting this I want to let everyone know how much RESPECT he gave me. He called me Sir, and having that is unusual. So, if he gave me this much time and effort on a mistake I made, which it was supposed to go to another Attorney than I'd go to these guys if I needed their help. They deserve one of the Top 5 🌟 s in Minnesota as Any Attorney. Very few among a lot in Minnesota, especially from Texas.

Sarah Koenig was extremely helpful and got me the paperwork I needed to set up my auto pay. I would definitely recommend Kain and Scott to anyone who has questions about bankruptcy.

I was a little reluctant to file bankruptcy however, after contacting Kain & Scott I was put in contact with Margaret Henehan who walked me through the process and broke it down simply which made the whole process easy. When I went to court, I met Kelsey Quarberg who was also very friendly and helpful and assured me I had nothing to worry about as I was in good hands. It couldn't have been closer to the truth. Probably no one likes to post public reviews of their bankruptcy firm. And mine isn't something I brag about. But, Kain & Scott definitely deserves the review and a full recommendation. I shopped several law firms before I selected Kain & Scott. They were the easiest to work with, the most attentive to my situation and (by far) the most responsive. Stephanie answered every question I had and helped coordinate all my files. My attorney was available, accommodating and knowledgable. Every interaction I had was friendly and compassionate, and they made sure I always knew what the next steps were and what to expect. Plus, their price was fair and fully transparent. Kain & Scott was the 3rd firm we spoke with about our situation. I initially sent an email with some questions we had that were not clearly addressed by the previous firms. The same day we received an email giving us some brief high level information that addressed our questions more than anyone else had. We setup a consultation and had a phone call with Jesse A. Horoshak. It was the most open and informative conversation we had had with anyone about our situation. Jesse's professionalism, knowledge and openness to provide us information around the various options was a huge stress relief for us. To top it off, I was very nervous of asking the price and was amazed at how competitive their prices are while providing amazing service!!!

They have been extremely helpful during the entire process. It has been a smooth transition and they let you know everything you need and what to expect along the way. I highly recommend them as your first option!

They live up to their motto of being the friendliest lawyers around. The welcome receptionist comes around to greet you and leads you to a private room furnished with snacks and drinks. There is a massage chair in the room and your name is on a sign welcoming you personally to the private space. The legal assistant, Brandy, was very friendly and agreeable as we reviewed the first set of paperwork. Wes, the lawyer, was very friendly and helpful as we reviewed the case. He made a hard process much easier. Thanks Kain and Scott. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering this process.
