I have the pleasure of working with the Kain & Scott team almost every day on their marketing efforts. I have never met a group of people so motivated to treat their clients right. Everything they do, they do in an effort to make the bankruptcy process as quick and painless as possible. Who else has a client lounge with massage chairs? They are truly an amazing group of people, and I promise you will have a smile on your face once you leave their office.

I initially chose Kain & Scott based on their on line reviews- and here I am adding my testament that these guys are awesome!! I worked with Wes here in St Cloud. He was informative and helpful through the entire process. I had some goofy circumstances that took me out of town with work for the hearing, and they made sure I could do the hearing via phone in- from Memphis. After the discharge- months after- I started getting collection notices and they were swift in aiding to make those go away. Can not say enough good things about these guys! Such a huge relief knowing they are in my corner!!

First, the office waiting room is welcoming and you can have fresh brewed coffee while you wait to go see your lawyer. The staff that are there to help and guide you are always helpful, kind and understand where you are coming from. At a time when we were stressed and worried, we found Kain & Scott to be very accommidating, friendly, and great at calming us down. They guided us right through the process and have contiunued to answer all our questions, before and even after the process was complete. They have enabled us to start over on the right foot.
