I would recommend Heller and Thyen to anyone who is struggling with their finances! If you are looking to file bankruptcy, this would be the best place to help you. This process was quick and easy. I was given all the information I needed to make this process quick and painless. Rob answered all my questions and translated all the legal stuff into terms I could understand. The staff there replied super quickly to me with any questions. Bankruptcy is a hard decision to make, but it is well worth it if you choose Heller and Thyen!

My experience with Heller & Then has been absolutely wonderful. Communication, and making sure everything gets done thoroughly and in a timely matter, was well over my expectations when dealing with lawyers. Working with Jessica was the best route I could have taken, she is very apt to getting everything done in a timely manner and is very professional in getting thing done. I appreciate everything they have done in my case load and would choose them over again if I had to.
