after going through a Divorce and meeting my True partner, we decided to clean up the past and look toward the future. Kain & Scott have made it possible for my Wife and I to look into our future and know that it will be great, they helped every step of the way and when it came time to buy a vehicle they recommended the perfect dealer, then when harassed by a creditor, Kain & Scott referred us to another Lawyer and assisted with the paper work... all in all, I would definitely recommend Kain & Scott- they helped when others wouldn't.

This law firm is really wonderful! They took a stressful situation and made me feel comfortable. Elizabeth Lopau is really great to work with. It is super easy to get things done and she is very responsive. Margaret Henehan is also a great attorney and was great at what she does and very confident which made the court appearance easier. I would highly recommend this firm.

Filing for bankruptcy was a difficult decision for many reasons; it was laden with feelings of embarrassment, confusion, and fear and uncertainty.
