I would like to know the positive person that other reviewers talk about. That is not the person I encountered. In the beginning he acts like he's your buddy and he's there to look out for you. Yet he's extremely condescending and painfully rude.

Do you know how when someone sells you something the follow up may not be as kind or helpful as the initial sale? Not so at Kain & Scott- this place is the real deal. From the time you call the first time until the last- they are very kind and professional. Can't say enough about Kain & Scott. If you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney in Minnesota- you have found them.

From the momemt I called Kain & Scott- I could tell this firm was different▪ the receptionist was kind and helpful and stayed on thebohone with me a really long time. I set up an appointment and came in to see Wes Scott. When I walked in thenfront door- it was so serene. Wes was so nice and laid out my choices in a thoughtful manner. I have recommended Wes and Kain & Scott to a number of family and friends and everyone has raved about how well they were taken care of. DONT CALL ANYONE ELSE! Kain & Scott is awesome- you wont be dissapointed. Oh and Wes is funny- I miss going to see him.

Wes and his staff were down to earth, very friendly and helpful. When my wife and I called we were scared to death- literally. The team at Kain & Scott made us feel at ease and not like second class citizens. The process occurred exactly like they said it would. We would highly recommend Kain & Scott to anyone facing overwhelming debt like we were. We don't dread checking the mailbox anymore.

Wes and his staff were very professional. He explained everything from the very start in a way I could understand. He never judged me and I felt like he understood my apprehension about filing bankruptcy. The whole process was made easier for me to go through by his thoughtfulness. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their life back as I did. He was funny too! I will never forget how kind he was to me in my time of need.
