Matt was supportive and understanding of my situation from the start. He saw me for the person I was, not the charges I was facing. He worked hard to help me, and without him I could have been charged with a misdemeanor and potentially lost my nursing license. He truly saved me

I was in a weather-related Car accident a few months back, and received charges that I felt were clearly unfair and unjust given the situation. Court was required for the charges which threatened hefty fines and/or jail time, and I did not feel comfortable proceeding without legal representation. I spent over a month calling countless attorneys daily, before finding attorney Holson- every attorney I contacted prior to him either told me they don’t handle this type of case, or they would take my name and number, and I’d never hear from them again. Attorney Holson was by far the most responsive attorney I contacted during all of this, and was down-to-earth and kind. He was willing to handle my case, even though I live hours away from his location. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, and today let me know that he was able to get the whole case including charges FULLY dismissed. I am confident that I would not have had the legal knowledge to get the same outcome without his representation. Very greatful, and HIGHLY recommend Attorney Holson!

I had never had any criminal history or run-ins with the law before- I had never been in a court system or knew how any of it worked. I called his office and he got back to me fast and he filled me in on everything. He doesn't speak confusing nor does he put in a bunch of lawyer jargon- he speaks to the point and you can understand him- even if you've never been a court before. He knows his stuff and tells you exactly what to do. The best part is, he knows how to stay calm and keep you happy when it seems like your world is falling apart. He gave excellent advice to me when the police showed up at my door and told me to say nothing to them but let him talk to them. He reassured me the whole time, responded to my calls and emails quickly, and saved me from making things worse on myself. He gives you the REAL advice. He doesn't beat around the bush and lie to you, he doesn't say you're magically going to be acquitted on all charges- he gives you a very realistic goal but often exceeds it and gets you an even better deal. I was in a very complicated situation involving sexual crimes- to say the least. And he made an incredible game plan that worked and I thankfully was never convicted of anything. Without this attorney- I don't think I would even be posting this right now unless they have a computer in jail. This also isn't an attorney looking for a cash grab either. He has fair prices and is more than accommodating in finding payment plan options. You can tell that this guy genuinely likes being an attorney and isn't in it for the cash- he really cares about you individually and working your case.

whether its law about children all the way through Adult crimes. He's the one who answers right away and reads his books before bed. Great guy and straight forward. Doesn't leave a 1 sentence response. But really digs into it with only a few short sentences
