I was arrested for a DUI in August in Benton county. I initially thought that I would plead out since I felt I had no case and also had a prior offense 6 years earlier in Arizona. After doing some research, I contacted Ken. He was far and away the most knowledgeable attorney I spoke with. He told me not to plead out and am I glad I didn't! I retained his services for a very reasonable price and could not be happier with the outcome. Ken was very professional, effective and quick to answer phone calls and emails. Did not get a felony charge. Which I would have lost my job of working there 11 yrs. It was kept to gross misdemeanor, and misdemeanor. Driving license was only revoked for 30 days instead of 90 days or a year. After a year charge will be taken off my record. I was totally satisfied with using ken. Would recommend him to anyone. Very happy with my outcome. Was easy to contact with any questions I had. Always got a quick fast response. Even now if I have a question about anything I can still contact him and get an answer. Again very happy with my outcome.
