Dean and his staff lack of care lack of communication lack of urgency very dissatisfied with their efforts on taking care of their clients.

Dean and his staff settled my case as quickly as they were able, which came in handy during financial hardship due to injury. He answered my emails very quickly. He is very busy, so sometimes I didn’t feel I had his full attention during meetings, but very knowledgeable.

I hired Dean Margolis after suffering a work related injury. Dean is very kind, and friendly; but don't let that fool you, he will be a "bulldog" and fight for you. His office staff are the best! I cannot speak highly enough about them! Everybody, Dean included, was always available to answer my questions, no matter how trivial they may have sounded. My case went pretty smoothly, but when there were a few little hiccups, Dean was right there - immediately, and always kept me updated. I would never hesitate in recommending him. My only regret was that I didn't hire him as soon as the injury occurred.
