I took a bad fall on the ice while at work!! I thought I was going to lose everything I had!! I contacted Dean Margolis and he explained the laws to me in a way I could understand it and he took the time to make sure I understood my rights as well as the process of filling a claim. Whenever I had a question Dean and his staff took the time to answer my question making sure I understood. I was contacted by Dean or one of his staff by email and or telephone with friendly reminders of appointments pertaining to my case and I was treated respectfully at all times like a person should be. I even dropped by Deans office on 2 occasions when I was close by but did not have an appointment to drop off some paperwork both times I was treated as though I did have an appointment. I cannot say enough about Dean Margolis and his awesome staff so I will just say thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!!!! Without you and your staff my life would be a mess but I'm doing good today.
