Do NOT hire!!! Talks big to get you in the door but will not advocate for you. Will not listen to you and YELLS at you. once you pay him he just wants to get case done and not do any work. Unprofessional and very poor service.

Great law firm

MN had a recent law change that affected LLC governing documents. Kimberly reviewed our operating agreement and suggested a few changes. All in a timely (and cost effective) manner!

Kimberly Hanlon is phenomenal! She put together an LLC for me and then when we were unable to perform part of the contract because of a third party she REFUNDED me a portion of my initial payment. How many lawyers can you say happily refunded you a portion of your payment? I had such a great experience with Kimberly I will be having her review additional incorporation documents soon.

Maury is great when it comes to male or fathers rights . If you need to have an attorney, by all means try to avoid having to get attorneys involved but rarely does that happen, if you need someone in your corner and feel like your getting the short end of the stick, Maury is a great attorney to have negotiate for you.. I was referrerd to him thru a friend several years ago and took the time recently to let ppl know I’ve appreciated all Maury has done and would not have received the Amt of time I currently have with my kids..
