My wife and I made the difficult decision to file for bankruptcy in April of 2013. We had amassed a sizable credit card debt over the past several years; the minimum payments were manageable, but barely. After my wife's business lost a major client in March of 2013 we hit the tipping point. We called Bolinske & Bolinske, purely by happenstance as they were located in our area. I was very nervous about our initial meeting but Michael Bolinske quickly put me at ease. He is knowledgeable and very professional. He made a difficult situation much easier to navigate, from the first meeting with him to the meeting with the trustee. He was able to negotiate a very fair 5 year plan for us. I could not be happier that I contacted him. I was under a tremendous amount of stress and no longer am.
