I have worked with Bob professionally for the past 20 years and he has helped me navigate the waters through six different startups, several sales of businesses, a couple of lawsuits and countless business contracts. Bob takes the point of view that "less is more". Meaning: put the best wording into the agreement, but no more than that. Bob was amazingly helpful in working through the process to help two of us buy out an early partner and founder in Comm-Works, our first company. It could have gotten very contentious and expensive, but Bob's clear thoughts and prudent advice kept things on track and brought them to a quick & successful close. Bob would be my first call for any business or personal issues that required a sharp legal mind and an advocate on my side.

Bob offered good practical advise when reviewing a contract for me. He pointed out the areas where I would be vulnerable to being taken advantage of while at the same time counseled me where I was being pressing points . The net effect of this was a good negotiation where both sides felt good with the contract and the relationship would work for both sides.
