John had my confidence with my husband’s case after my first conversation with him. He answered my initial call himself and I was pleasantly surprised as a few other calls I had made went to a call service as it was toward the end of the business day. He took the time to listen and his knowledge of the system was apparent right from the beginning. Through the process he has been available for calls/texts and he responded in a timely fashion when he was not immediately available. Again, his expertise was apparent.
