Ms. Menendez represented me at a preliminary and removal hearing in May of 2007. She knew I would be removed to another district afterward and be assigned a different attorney for the main proceedings in my case. Nevertheless she immersed herself in details, did case research, and put up a vigorous fight on my behalf. She was also sensitive and personable.
