I was in a head on collision in 2019 and even before I was out of surgery my wife called Rutzick Law on the referral of a family member. There were many complications to my case that required a nuanced approach Adam, handled each turn with poise and alacrity. My wife let me know that she felt heard and supported by Adam Ruutzick, so that she can focus on me and my healing as I was severely injured. Over the course of 2 years now Adam has done a great job representing me in the face of insurance companies and I highly recommend him to all who need an advocate and proper legal counsel.

During our initial meeting we should’ve known that anyone who takes calls about buying golf clubs is not a good attorney. Anyone who does not update clients on the status of their case after being contacted several times asking about the status of her case is not a good choice. Very unresponsive. They requested records only after several months with no action on the case. They called the client for an update on the case after several months when they should be updating the client. After ignoring emails requesting status updates and a detailed accounting for costs. With no response from the attorneys they were terminated. They sent a letter and court papers putting a lien on our claims. With wrong information incorrect amounts. They were sent a certified letter stating this and didn’t even acknowledge it. Very unprofessional.
