I was dismissed due to what was believed to be a "conflict of interest" only I never knew or was explained what that conflict was at no time.
I'm still completely devastated by the lack of interest and the audacity of dismissive unspecified reasons for why I was not allowed to be serviced.
Extremely unfortunate and disturbing at best!
