This lawfirm doesn't help for nothing

Great experience. Although they couldn't help me with my claim they were very kind and understanding though the process. The paralegal explained everything to me and although I took generic medicine I know they will bring justice for those that do have a claim. Unfortunately we need to be upset at the manufacturers and law makes for making it impossible for those of us who can't afford brand name medication to get the same justice.

I ended up with Paige Donnelly, Ltd. purely by chance. When I got home from the hospital after my accident, I had a stack of letters from law firms in Minneapolis and St. Paul. I called all of them and based my decision purely on how I felt talking to the person on the other end. I am a professional interpreter so I place a lot of value on clear and direct communication. I was beyond happy with the way things went — with his guidance and advice and finally with the settlement that I ended up receiving. There was even an issue that arose almost a year and a half after the fact concerning a bill for my post-hospital rehabilitation facility. I contacted Mark and he got back to me within a timely manner with documentation and the information that I needed — which he pulled from his notes and archives. He had details on phone conversations he had had with the facility, including the name of the person with whom he had spoken. He ended up contacted the facility on my behalf and the issue was resolved. The information he had was essential in resolving the matter.
