To whomever is looking for family law representation: I am EXTREMELY pleased with the results of my case. Allison Maxim truly represented me and fought for me. She listened to my story, was honest about where she thought the case would go, did the necessary homework before the case was brought to the judge, was professional and calm at all times (which comes across very well in the courtroom and makes you, the client, look good), and was knowledgeable and always very responsive to my questions. Additionally, she always thoroughly followed up with me, followed through with what she said she would do, fact-checked before submitting any documents on my behalf, and never left me hanging with any part of my case. Although Ms. Maxim does have a team that she works with, she always personally communicated with me instead of delegating it to her team. In fact, I feel that I was not charged enough for the work she did on my behalf. I am fortunate to have found Ms. Maxim and her law firm; I recommend her to you with all sincerity. Allison Maxim has been representing me the past three years in child custody matters. My case is complicated and complex.
